Karim Centre uses WhatsApp to stay in touch with the shop owners and tenants registered with the management office: a welcome message when a number is added, building notices and updates, and replies to messages they send us. We only message people registered with the office. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP (reply START to receive them again) or contact the management office.

What we collect
For shop and office owners, tenants and sub-tenants: names, unit details, contact numbers (including WhatsApp), CNIC where provided, and records of bills and payments for their units.
Why we use it
Only to manage the building: keeping occupant records, billing rent, maintenance and electricity, recording payments, and sending building-related messages, including on WhatsApp.
Sharing
We never sell personal information or share it for marketing. It is shared only with the service providers that run our systems and messaging, namely Manzhil and our technical partner Scrift (under confidentiality), or when the law requires it.
Keeping it safe
Records are kept in access-controlled systems; staff see only what their role needs.
